Brett was great & had one of his guys (Tom) at my house within the hour. I initially thought it was a rusted pipe but turned out the pipe was rusted below soil & concrete. It will work for about 2 months and the problems comes again. It came to the point where I had to really screw it tightly, but even then it is still dripping. Please see a photo of where the tap screws into the pipe. I have circled 2 in red 2 black mark. Would appreciate your input.
