We are a family owned business situated at the northern end of the Gold Coast who specialize in Home Renovations, Extensions & New Homes and have won both Regional & State awards in this area, we also offer Drafting, Engineering & Certification services if your project requires it. Rowan has been in the Building industry for 30 years, starting his apprenticeship as a Carpenter in the mid 80's working on various projects and with a number different companies gaining valuable experience along the way before starting his own company. We like to keep the builder/client relationship personal with no supervisors involved, all communication is directly through Rowan and we find that is one of the key aspects to many happy clients at the end of the job and we encourage clients to have strong input into there project. Most of our business comes from referrals or word of mouth and are very proud of our reputation we have established over a long period of time, we also have been members of the Master Builders Association for over 15 years.
