  This is the WORST builder I have ever used. You is so nice and professional, UNTIL you've accepted the quote and paid the deposit. Do NOT use him no matter what smooth words he tries to convince you with. He claims to be part of the Master Builders Association, but he is not a Master Builder. Rather the worst builder ever.

  Rodney You refused to pay for the work carried out that you agreed to in writing. I had to serve a summons on you for you to pay the amount owing. It was brought to my attention that you did not pay other trades you had working on your property and the work that was done by others was done without council approval.   We had the same experience as Barry below! We got plans draw up, went through council approval everything. Both parties agreed on a budget and what it included so I set off to the kitchen showroom and came back with my kitchen picked out to only be told it wasn’t included in the quote. Then being told bathroom or no PC items was included. This would obviously take our price another 50k above our desired amount for our house renovation. After bringing this to David’s attention he didn’t want to discuss it and from this day forward hasn’t returned any messages or calls, I am so lucky I didn’t sign that contract and again I didn’t send the deposit money! Unbelievable waste of time also!

  Mikaela, It stated in your quote that no PC items of the kitchen was included as you had not decided on what you wanted with the kitchen and the plans had not been drawn When it was time to draw up the plans you asked the designer for a substantial amount of extra work to be included in the drawings resulting in you exceeding your budget I attempted to contact you several times to discuss this with you with no response to all the messages I left for you

  Unreliable waste of time. Was supposed to show up on a certain day but promised he would keep us updated in case of any delays. Hadn’t heard so contacted him the day before assuming it was good to go and all we got was excuses that he was flat out and too busy to start the next day. Was supposed to get back to me the following day about a new start date but haven’t heard a thing since. That was nearly a week ago. Luckily for us he was too slack to even send his bank details for a deposit transfer. We are now back to square one going thru the qotations process again.

  Barry I only quoted on your job, you paid no deposit and then when you asked me to start the job I advised you that I was booked out for several weeks and was unable to the job
