  I hate doing this, but to protect others from going through this and from himself, so he doesn't do this again. I take responsibility in not doing my due diligence, but he should not be building. From the start there have been big problems, extremely poor workmanship and never putting in a full day's work. He did try to fix his work, but rarely this made it better. Completly shot the plastering which will now cost me over $3k to fix. He has gone bankrupt and I now have around $9k more to pay trades that are unfinished. Extremely disappointed as this was my first build and building what will be my first home from a simple garage conversion. All trades that have seen his work have been shocked and angry at the workmanship and have stated if he is licensed, he shouldn't be. Not even at handyman level. Stay away.
