I have always been passionate about architectural design but at the same time also aware that architectural services have not always been afforded by most Australians. Concept Architects was set up to provide this service - i.e. to deliver affordable design solutions to all Australians

1) Prepare and provide a clear brief and budget for your desired development requirements 2) Provide us with images of any inspiration you may have. What would be your dream solution, for your project? 3) Compile internal and external photographic record, scanned  images of previously approved plans and copy of planning certificate - all according to guidelines prepared by Concept Architects.

We tailor our service to suit our customers requirements, however concept design fees are generally quoted based on a fixed fee for the following types of service: 1) Minor design advice. 2) Single storey improvements and extensions. 3) Double storey improvements and extensions. 4) New build concepts.
