  After trying three other builders I was finally lucky to be suggested to Classic Quarters.They were very specialized and obliging from the first meeting to the very last day.They completed my 1st floor addition 6 weeks ahead of schedule while remaining in the budget.They cared about my money, tried to save it and the end product was amazing.They were always interacting with us during the entire building period and I encourage all other readers to give them a call.Thank you for a stress free building experience, I would like to build again something.

  yes we are an insured company. we have workers compensation, public liability insurance up to $20,000,000, General construction insurance and we also supply home owners warranty insurance for work over $12,000.00 We also supply a 13 week defect liability insurance for all of our work.

The contract agreed between Classic Quarters and the client will clarify and set appropriate completion dates, ensuring Classic Quarters will meet all obligations. How long will it take for our project to be completed by Classic Quarters? As soon as council approval has been received, Classic Quarters will advise you of the construction time and this will be included in the contract. Do we have to move out whilst works are taking place? It is generally only necessary to move out if major renovations are required. If essential services such as kitchens and bathrooms are being renovated we will program works to suit your needs. How small a job will you take? Each enquiry is assessed on its own merits. How big a job will you take? No construction job is too large. How far will you go for a job? Anywhere in the Sydney metro area. Do you guarantee your work? Yes, as per NSW Govt. requirements and regulations we are obliged to issue you with Home Owners Warranty for any work over the value of $12,000.
