Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

We are fully insured and guarantee all our work. We are holders of home warranty insurance which is required for all work $20,000 and over, we hold public liablity and contractors works insurance as well as typically providing a 12 month defects liability period for our work at the very minimum.

Construction has been the backbone of our family for over 60 years. It was a given that I would follow in the footsteps of my Grandfather and father.

We previuously took over a project from a project home builder. The client was in distress due to a blowout in the programme. We included a damages clause payable to the owner should our fixed timeline be exceeded. The owner was thrilled once we delivered 3 weeks early with zero variations.

We generally like to inspect the site to ensure there arent any unforseen issues such as problematic access to the works, restricted working conditions and the like. Our initial site visit also provides the oppertunity to understand the work face to face and recommend a path based on our experience.

We first gain understanding of what our clients are trying to achieve. This understanding is reflected in our comprehensive and transparent pricing. Our subcontractors and suppliers are regulars for over 5 years. Our discounts are directly passed onto our customers.

Along with any documentation on hand such as plans, specifications and the like, we provide a broken down comprehensive quotation for the works.
