As we are a small company, we like to tailor our packages to suit the client’s needs so that you only pay for what services you require. If you aren’t looking for a physical office, we offer our virtual office environment, some of the different options being; - Mailing Package - Use of our Perth local street address & mailing address PO Box for $44.95 ($49.95 p/m incl GST), or $62.95 ($69.95 p/m incl GST) incl 2 hrs meeting room p/m. With this package we can forward your mail to your required address or hold it for your collection. Virtual Office – Calls coming through a dedicated phone number and forwarded to a number of your choosing, shared fax number use, street & mailing address for $89.95 ($99.95 p/m incl GST). With this package you receive everything from the above package as well as us taking minimum call volume (<25 calls per week) through our number which is not able to be advertised as your own. Virtual Office Plus - Dedicated phone that we can answer on your behalf with low calls, shared fax number use, street & mailing address for $117 ($130 p/m incl GST). With this package you’ll receive all of the above package as well as us taking low call volume (25-79 calls per week) through your own number (provided by us or forwarded from your personal) which is able to be advertised as your own on websites & promotions. We charge $50 transfer fee to migrate your number to our system & a $80 phone setup fee which we are waiving until the end of June. Our packages increase from this price with increase of call volume but is done as the time comes. Notes of calls can be taken and passed on via email, sms or notepad & other administration work such as appointments can be provided at cost. With the amount of bookings for our meeting room which holds up to 20 people, we have decided to open our new creative space meeting room for up to 6 clients with white board and internet access which can be used for a range of tasks from BIG to small and has been fit out to match our new serviced office make over.
