  Thanks Nick & Carly. Professional and lovely people to deal with. I felt Really confident my Mums roof has been fixed with the care it needed. I’ll be recommending you to friends and family. Oh and need to mention when you said you would be there you were! Unheard of with many trades these days. Thanks again.

  Knowing Nick 9 years ago , stared when I had roof leaking problem, find him through service seeking. Nick was prompt with the quote that time after job inspection, I choosing him to finishing my roof fix and also cleaning and printing, during the job process did have some bumping period as bodyco rules involved , however job finished on time and I was happy at that time. Also had 10 years warranty certificate 06,2011. 9 years on , in mid April 2020, roof starts leaking, I firstly choose my long time reliable plumber to have a look, he said I have to call the company back to reassess and need fix again may need .Rebed all ridge tiles .Rebed all gables gables where needed on house. I contacted Nick this time through mobile instead internet search as from our record, he mentioned now he is not in Melbourne anymore, he will try to organise his Melb. partner contact me, still very lovely guy on the phone, however not received the call in 24 hours even after reminder message I send to the mobile, so I searched online, call the office, Kim as customers service answered the phone, organised the inspection a week later Thursday the following week. Melbourne had quite stormy nights , I prefer earlier but as no other option, I did call the other trader who came straight away and quoted very well , base on past history with Nick , I am patiently waiting. I did receive the message regarding Jamie is on the way to inspect on the planning day, not much communication after inspection, no feedback at all on the spots, just took some photos as someone will call me back with the quote. Can’t wait longer as Melb. Raining days approaching, I called mobile after hours 1845 the same day , I was told the warranty only last 8 years for some parts , also my plumber temporary job may void the warranty. The quote will be done same night. I so far still not received. And I am not waiting. Tradesman is easy to find , a good specially, you want to keep and bonding with like family. Nick maybe still good and lovely reliable in Queensland but not in Melbourne any more, he lost touch I felt, maybe Because the partnership or different team member this time. I find hard to reach. Just a honest review from a past customer. Good feedback is a good reward for local business, negative feedback will help the business grow.

  Did a great job on the roof, but this is where it ended. Mould that I use a mould remover from Bunnings when I did it, was not removed by their pressure pressure under the car port. When I called, they sent someone back who said the mould could not be removed. After that, I literally got no responses from emails asking to discuss a resolution. For six months they kept sending overdue bills as paid 2/3 of the amount with "let me know if you have any questions" then would not respond to questions. I ended up paying the full amount in the end with no further correspondence as I don't like leaving outstanding debt.
