We have Professional Indemnity Insurance in our business and have done for many years.  It is a requirement of our BAS Registration and also as a Member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Simply I like bookkeeping which sounds very odd but I do.  It is boring but I am always looking for ways to speed things up.  I also love to train people and give them knowledge....it's inspiring to see them so happy after they realise how easy it is to do their books

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

We had a client who had just started out in business.  We setup his Xero file and he had 2 training sessions.  He knew nothing of accounting prior to this.  Only 3 months on he is inputing his sales, purchases, prints his own reports and has now been able to employ new staff is just a short time.

I like being able to empower small business with the tools to help them make decisions in their business.  We provide monthly reports with feedback about how they are going and whether spending or problems will occur.

Are they a registered BAS Agent How many clients have they had previous and what industries.  You would want to make sure they have some knowledge of your industry Are they cloud savvy.....we are moving to the cloud whether we like it or not.like internet banking Will they have time to do your work

Most customers will ask me how am I so patient when I provide training or bookkeeping and my answer is I simply enjoy what I do and I enjoy helping business owners realise that accounting and bookkeeping is not that hard afterall

We care about our clients and their business.  I have a vested interest in making sure you succeed and this means by checking your reports.  If the bookkeeping has not been completed correctly you simply cannot make business decisions and move forward.

We provide Xero and MYOB bookkeeping services for all types of business.  We also provide training on both Xero and MYOB accounting packages.  Fixed Fee pricing and competitive rates to suit all budgets

All we need to know to provide a quote to our customers is what software you are using or if you need a whole new setup, approximate number of transactions per month, whether you have employees and we can take it from there.

Customers can save money by making sure they have all the documents ready and they can either email or upload their documents to their Xero files and they are ready for processing.  Also having bank account information.  This is reduce time on data entry and waiting for information.

We charge a fixed priced for ongoing bookkeeping work.  We offer a range of services from bookkeeping, payroll, training, debtors and creditors and clients can choose how many services they require or we can tailor the package to suit the clients budget. Hourly Rate / Fixed Price for Training
