I arranged for Bryce to photograph my 2 young children (age:4 and 2) and my nephew (age: 4 weeks). We met him at our agreed location and from the start of the shoot right through to the end, he was absolutely fantastic. So friendly and easy going. We casually walked our way around the beautiful botanical gardens. We did not feel rushed at any stage or as though we were on a time limit. The kids were able to explore each spot we stopped at which they loved. Working with young children can be tricky especially with trying to get photos of them but Bryce went about it in a fun relaxed manner and captured the kids 'doing their thing'. There were no forced 'picture perfect' poses, only natural smiles whilst the kids were just being themselves. He interacted with my kids beautifully. They had so much fun chasing him around and and being flung over his shoulder pretending they were areoplanes. The photos are amazing!! We are so very happy. Thanks ByrceKylie

Bryce and his second photographer were incredible - they were friendly, understood what we were after, and were completely unobtrusive throughout our wedding day (from preparations to the dancefloor). They captured all the best moments and we were blown away by the quality of the photos, which were absolutely beautiful but also very natural - our 'best possible selves'. I would not hesitate to recommend Bryce for any kind of event and will absolutely use him again if we can (even though he's moved countries in the meantime!)Trudy

Last year for my daughters 9th birthday i got Bryce to come along to her birthday party to take some photos. I was nicely surprised with the fact he bought his girlfriend to assist him & they took my daughter to a local garden which they had the exclusive use of for some pre-birthday solo shots. When they came back just before the guests started arriving she was smiling ear-to-ear & Bryce showed me a couple of shots he had got, they were stunning! The party was quite big, around 35 kids of varying ages baby - early teen. Bryce was great with them all & really captured the moment for her big day. A few parents asked me for his business card but sadly this was the last week he was in NZ. When i got the final photos i was blown away! He got so many beautiful shots & my girl was so happy being able to look back on that day. Bryce is fantastic with kids & i highly recommend him. Would love for him to come back to do my wedding!Vinnie

Amazing guy! felt like we had known him for years. He made the whole experience a blast. Bryce's photos speak for them selves but I couldn't believe how god he made me and my family look.. Highly recommend :)Elisabeth C

Bryce's technical strength, attention to detail and warm personality set the foundation that helped capture the tender, joyous and intimate moments of our special day. I loved that I now have some precious mementos of our wedding which captured so beautifully how joyous and intimate our ceremony and celebrations were. Bryce has my heartfelt thanks.
Frequently asked questions
How did you decide to get into your line of work?
I traveled Europe for 1 year and decided that the history and buildings there deserved better photos than an iPhone. Starting with the most basic camera, I was told many times my photos were stunning and I had the "eye" for photography, which I didn't understand at the time as it was my natural way of capturing a scene. Now 5 years later shooting with a 5D mkIII and all L series lenses I understand what it means to have the "eye"
Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?
This one time while taking photos of the Groom and his best men, over the time photographing them I became "one of the guys" so much so that later at the formal wedding photos, they wouldn't take the "Groom and his guy mates shot" without me in the photo. So Nicola had to call me over and I jumped in the shot, becoming friends and getting along will always produce natural relaxed shots.
