  We took his word that his daily rate would work out cheaper. What he failed to tell us was he started late, took 2 hour lunches and early knock off times. Average work day being 4.5 to 5 hours. First job we had for him wasn't even close to completion when we discontinued his services. When he packed up his tools, he also packed up and took the materials that we had paid for. I'd not recommend to my worst enemy. Neither honest nor reliable. Also last invoice was paid on receipt of the invoice, yet is still showing on MYOB as overdue.

  Hello Antoni, thank you for taking the time to leave feed back, we welcome all reviews, positive or negative as they help us improve the services we provide. It seems there have been inconsistencies and miscommunication that we will try to address. At our initial consult we were advised that you had a restrictive budget and payment ability and therefore it was agreed upon that work would be staggered to help with payment options. We do not have set start/finish/break times so it is impossible to have calculated time periods. The hours spent on your job related directly to job situations e.g. drying etc or your personal situation, other family members sleeping etc. As we reinforced a number of times you were only ever charged for hours spent on site. The two hour lunch you refered to was to purchase and collect the large array of building materials we required for your job to save you the expense of delivery, which we offered to do. We recommend that in future when engaging service providers you familiarize yourself with construction time frames to have a better understanding of duration periods to avoid unnecessary stress. A more realistic working budget would also be beneficial. As mentioned we would have been happy to return off cuts and left overs as it would have saved us disposal fees. That said, accounts submitted were paid promptly and for this we are appreciative. Thank you for your review and we wish you the best of luck with your project in the future. p.s. Myob are having issues and they advise it should b rectified soon.
