How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I have been fixing computers since I was eleven years old, earning pocket money helping friends of the family with their dial-up internet connections and the like! I studied ICT right through school and continued all sorts of projects around my studies, gaining more and more clients by word of mouth

I have 15 years' experience with all manner of technologies, especially home and business computing. I have been developing, managing and hosting websites for 10 years. I enjoy the human element to my work, and it is important to me that we talk in detail about you as a user. Quotes for web design are based on complexity of design, use of existing graphics or the need to create new ones, back-end programming such as Content Management Systems or eCommerce, and the level of support you may require to manage the site after it has gone live to the public.

Have all your devices charged up, switched on, and logged in before I arrive. This will save time. Make a list of all the tasks you have for me, and send this to me in advance of our meeting. This will allow me to work efficiently. Ask me about any online resources I might recommend to help you.

As I am new to the Melbourne market I am currently offering discounts on a number of my key products, including tutoring, tech support, and web development. I work very efficiently meaning that I will always seek to perform multiple tasks at a given time therefore offering better value for money.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Most of my work is billed hourly, but projects like website design are quoted up front. I am available from 8am to 8pm, seven days a week. Since my service is provided at your home or place of business, some callouts are subject to a 2-hour minimum charge, so please inquire when booking.
