How much do you charge? What is it that they're looking for, what are their expectations. Assurance of experience & being able to get the assignment done in a timely and efficient manner. Awareness of what they'd be paying for. Someone may charge half another's rate, yet take twice as long.

I can confidently say that I am reliable and trustworthy. I can't honestly say that I am THE most reliable and trustworthy, since I know of quite a few reliable and trustworthy persons in this field.

Customer should base their decision on expertise, training and relevant practical experience, not simply on hourly rate. Someone could quote half as much and take twice as long! Important consideration when meeting is to feel comfortable with being able to work well together in a mutually satisfying and professional manner.

1. Have ABN and BAS reporting details available; 2. Keep and have ready all relevant paperwork such as Supplier invoices, sales invoices/EFTPOS receipts, etc; 3. Bank statements/Credit Card/Loan Statements available for reconciliation;

I prefer to consult by the hour since my preferred modus operandi is to set up and/or re-vamp the software so that ongoing requires little assistance or minimal intervention.
