Our pricing is based on current industry pricing. Industry pricing is aquired through years of experiance liasing with estimators and trade contractors.

We like to quote a fixed price for customers who have a clear project brief and outcome in mind. Otherwise a Cost Plus agreement used if the job is too complex to be quoted accurately or the customer wants to keep flexible with decisions in regards to finishes and details throughout the job.
