Job Description: Split system not working in reverse cycle. It works for cooling but not for heating.

Job Description: I have a rental property with an existing Panasonic split system installed back-to-back, compressor mounted on brackets high on the wall. It's 20yo old, it still works but was always undersized for the living room (1.5HP I think) and it's had water backflow through it a few times from the downpipe flooding that the condensate drains into. Water is leaking in through the hole the pipes go through between the head and the compressor as well. I want it replaced with a larger reverse cycle unit and the water leak issues sorted at the same time. I don't live local to the property and it's vacant. I'll be there Mon 11 Mar 10am-2pm or need to arrange a time after that.

Job Description: Supply install 2.5 air conditioning in bedroom. Easy back to back.
