Location: St Lucia, QLDJob Description: Tiler required for 3 bathrooms. Generally floor and walls (typically 2.4 metre ceilings) to be tiled using Maku Dark Matt tiles (https://groovetiles.com.au/products/porcelain-tile-collections/maku-collection/maku-dark-matt-600x600/ - as an example). Floors will be screeded to linear drains. All walls will be sheeted in Villaboard and taped and set with wet area compound. Timber floors will be sheeted with James Hardie ceramic tile underlay by the time the tiling is due to start. Tiler can do waterproofing if that is the preference of the contractor. All tiles, drains etc can be supplied by the owner, or if preferred can be supplied by the tiler (particularly if the tiler feels they will get a better deal on materials). Parking is easy and always available directly adjacent to the site. One bathroom is downstairs, one level with street access, on is a flight of stairs above street. It should be noted that engineered timber flooring has been installed already and as such the people doing the work should take extra care to ensure the flooring is protected from damage and moisture at all times.
