Job Description: Please see work description form Insurance Report: Recommend installing flat sheet roofing to the front lower left roof with an additional overflow outlet to the end parapet wall Apply turn down in order to comply with AS Recommend increasing the roof pitch to the lower right elevation to a minimum of 1 degree in order to comply with AS Separated flashing joins where silicone on site during a make safe recommend these be stitched and undersealed.
