Restumping & Underpinning Expert jobs in major cities

Job Description: We recently bought a house that has a considerable drop in floor level in the laundry/kitchen area. The house is raised on concrete stumps and has underfloor access via the garage (also under the house). It looks like there may have been some excavation post the initial build, which may have caused the drop, but am not 100% certain where the positions align. Had some initial discussions with a builder connection from a family friend who suggested if the deviation is due to the excavation the fix may be more costly than it's worth. They did not come onsite to get a better picture, so I would appreciate if someone could come out and have a look
