My initial dealings with Redcliffe Plumbing and Gas Service was not a positive experience and the review I submitted reflected this. However, since this time the company has been absolutely amazing and have been so professional and provided a wonderful customer service. I'm 'over the moon' as long standing plumbing issues ( numerous plumbers over a long period) appear at this stage to rectified. Tony's expert skills and knowledge of plumbing issues was outstanding. He located the problem where others before him have failed. His team of workers were reliable, punctual and cleaned up the area where work was carried out. The company is also fortunate to have a wonderful and professional assistant in Danielle who ensured me that if I gave the company an opportunity to rectify previous issues, they would not me or my family down. I'm very, very grateful indeed and would now highly recommend this company to anyone, ESPECIALLY if you want a professional job done.
