Matt replied to my online request promptly and was on site the following day. He checked out all possibilities for the leak and before commencing work crawled under the house ( no mean feat) to investigate if water was pooling under the house. This confirmed his suspicion of where the water was coming from. He was very clear as to what he was doing and why. After fixing the leak he producedhotos of what he had seen under the house with clear and precise instructions for us to follow up in a week. If the water pooling under the house has not dismissed then he will return and investigate further. He also told of the water damage to timber structure and what will be required to remedy this. I found him to be pleasant,efficiency and knowledgeable. His fee was very reasonable fir the time involved and wouldn't not hesitate to have him back for any further plumbing needs or recommend his services to others.
