Job Description: Photo 1. cosmetic damage was noted to the door architraves eg. rear LH corner bedroom. Photo 2: Hairline cracking was noted to some cornices eg, mitred joints. - Moderate cracking was noted to some ceiling linings. - There is some evidence of what appears to have been internal water penetration to the ceiling at some locations eg dining room and lounge room etc. - Slight ceiling deflection and minor ceiling detachment was noted. Photo 3: Cosmetic repairs will be required to the linings within the garage to bring it back to a neat appearance.

Job Description: Hi, We are looking for a plastering quote for a new room in our commercial office in Beenleigh. We have just sectioned off part of our open office with reinforced steel bars and we need a plasterer to cover it with drywall and paint to finish it off. We will need single skin on the inside with a viewport installed(flanged access panel door) and double skin on the outside of this new room. It is a 7m run, 2.7m high with 1 doorway.
