Brief below: Date: Thursday 12 October Venue: the Mantra Hotel in Lorne Arrival: 8.30 - 8.45am for a 9am start. Conclude: When the formalities of the Gala Awards Dinner conclude and dancing commences around 10pm. There will be a break from 4.30 - 7pm 1. The Event Please visit the website https://au.eventscloud.com/website/2412/ to review the conference program and more about the event itself The Thursday is the main day of the conference and includes a Gala Awards Dinner that will be held onsite at the Mantra and run from 7 till 11.30. Additionally there will be a number of breakout sessions, a large number of exhibitor tables, a donut van, massage therapists etc. 2. Key Shots and Moments Capture essence of the conference including delegates mingling and conversations during morning tea and lunch; Our major sponsor the Essential Services Commission will be on the stage at 4.20pm, pls ensure you capture Kate Symons on stage with both banners in the background; Contemporary / creative shots of food, collateral on tables and other items you think work eg microphone on table; bell on table etc for marketing and general communication Keynote speaker Hero shots for report covers, program and prospectus for 2024. My preference here is for larger than life moments eg welcome to country in costume, animated MC , interactive movements eg hands up/clapping, bright coloured clothing, a magic moment etc Each one of the exhibitor stands preferably interacting with delegates not the standard posed pic The full plenary of delegates The exhibitor/trades area as a whole and delegates mingling, talking to exhibitors etc And various interactions inside and outside the plenary. Not a fan of posed photos unless requested 3. Gala Awards Dinner: Ill give you the run sheet closer to the time. There are only 4 awards so it runs pretty quickly. Looking for some special moments at tables (hugs, encouragement etc), group shots, table shots and individual award recipients taken with presenter. The Craig Francis band are the entertainment and I would like some pics of them and the dancing too. table decorations as well Pls ensure the quality of photos are high resolution as we use them for a fair amount of printing, website and promotion.
