        Job Description: I am 171cm tall, at 68kg, my goal is to lean down to 55-57kg (the lighter end of the healthy range) and have a much higher muscle ratio than fat. I am soft and need to strengthen and tighten my core (visible abs is a goal) and a cinched in waist (measurement at the moment is 78cm Id like my waist to go down to 60cm). I need nutritional and training guidance as I also want to build a strong not just lean body. Im currently with a personal trainer but struggling to see the above results and have been stuck on the same weight for months.
