    Location: Bankstown, NSW
    Job Description: I am looking to continue strength training while pregnant and would like a trainer to help me do so safely. I only recently started lifting weights with my home setup and only did the main four (bench 35kg, shoulder press 10kg per hand, deadlift 50kg and squat 40kg (since barbell squats scare me a little)). Depending on price, I'd like 2 sessions a week. Thanks!
