Location: Coogee, NSWJob Description: Due to tenants lack of ventilation of the bathroom, condensation and usage of a rock of pink salt on top of a metal shaving cabinet, the paint between the shaving cabinet and the sink has bubbled and created the rust shown in the pictures. We need help to remove the paint bubbling, sand it and re-paint the bathroom walls and cealing. There are some other paint bubbles in other areas. Need recommendations on the type of repairs, how many layers and from which type is needed. It seems like behind the paint layer in the wall of the sink there is concrete but in the opposite it has some other coat behind the outer layer which is peeling.
