Toilet flushing system requires complete replacement in addition to that I require assistance plumbing in and setting up two new Samsung laundry machines one being a dryer and one a washer.  Happy to discuss over phone call or provide photos of work to be done likely and on site visit will be required to quote and assess jobs to be completed of which the time spent doing so Im happy to pay for as part of the entire job

Toilet running continuously. Filling to over overflow tube. Have adjusted cup with no luck. Cannot locate inlet valve seal. Not game to attempt inlet valve replacement myself.. looking for a quote to do this, assuming this is the issue
