Job Description: The neighbour's leopard tree is close to south west corner (front) of the house and every year, after dropping it leaves for the winter, my gutters are filled. Single storey house on a small lot, rectangle shaped tiled roof with approx. 50 metres of standard gutters and 1 valley gutter at the front. The house is tenanted with a managing real estate agent.
