09 Oct 2024Location: Claremont, WAJob Description: Hello, I am the strata manager of a property located at 81 Bay View Terrace, Claremont. There are extensive gardens at the property all only a year old. Please include in your scope: - Lawn mowing the front verge - Fertilising the lawn 3 x per year - Checking the reticulation is working, fixing any problems & switching this on and off for summer/winter - Spraying the plants for pests on the plants, as required - Training the wisteria to grow over the arbor - pulling weeds in the garden beds and down the driveway - mulching the garden beds 1 x before summer - Remove all leaves from the complex - ideally a machine that can suck them up - Remove any rubbish on the property - In Autumn, there is a large tree in the property across the road that drops all it's leaves so more work will be required during these months to clean up the leaves - Once the plants have grown tall enough then we will also need someone to hedge these regularly. - Trimming & shaping the capitals pear trees - Remove green waste We will need someone to attend fortnightly in summer, autumn & spring and monthly in winter.
