Job Description: We have a pair of townhouses currently under construction and looking to placate neighbours with replacing remainder of old fence when rendering is completed on boundary garage wall of left hand(northern) townhouse. 1. Allowing for Council regs and installing 900mm high fence for 2.0m from front boundary, we would like a 2m high paling fence on left hand(northern) side boundary extending fully from front of garage to the 2.0m splay with no reduced angle to fence.(ie drops directly from 2.0m to 900mm). This section of fence will most probably also require double height sleeper plinth reducing to single sleeper for part of its length so that garden will match driveway height. Length of this side boundary fence from garage to the street is approx. 7.4m 2. A second section of 2m high paling fence is required with single sleeper plinth from rear of this newly constructed garage to an existing neighbours garage. Length of paling fence between these 2 garages is approx. 5.1m 3. Then, in late February or early March, we will also separately require a 2m high colorbond monument dividing fence at the rear of these 2 townhouses. This fence should extend over the top of a rear retaining wall and has total length approx. 3.1m
