As we removed part of the kitchen wall, some of the light switches and power point are hanging from the ceiling. George explained how dangerous it is as I had a two and half years old boy with me wandering around most of the time. George took the initiatives to tape the wires to a side wall. I was very impressed at that moment and George is also very thorough, he went through every conners of the house and gave me excellent advice on home renovations. Without him being so thorough, My renovation couldn't be in such a great standard electrically. George had been in my place for the past three days, I couldn't be happier. He is very neat and detailed in his job, and takes great pride in his work. He even tidied up the place after he finished every day. With him doing my electrical works, I believe that I was provided with qualities of work that I could trust and rely on. George is definitely not the cheapest quote that I received, but if he put his client safety at first, I don't think there is any reason I shouldn't consider him.

Job Description: Hi I'm looking to clean up the wiring underneath the house by the switchboard before I continue with other work around the property. Following are things I'm looking to do per photos attached. 1. White arrow, move these 2 electrical wiring underneath the house instead of protruding out like in photo. 1 is aircon and another is post kitchen renovation by previous owner I believe. 2. Blue and Red arrows. the red one is an old coaxial cable for Foxtel I believe, it's since disconnected (old dish still on roof) is it possible to remove the cable completely but keep the conduit and trace it out to where it goes on the street? I'm hoping it can be used for future NBN upgrade to FTTP. I don't know what the blue one is, hoping to remove that too. 3. Green arrow. I think this is an old earthing rod. it looks like it could do with a replacement or perhaps there's new standards to earthing? it is pushing and bent the weatherboard panel 4. Purple arrow. I think this is the main coming from the street. The conduit look very worn, does it need replacement? Want to trace this underground too to the street if possible. 5. (Optional) Remove Foxtel dish on roof along with cabling and sealing the hole for the cables under eave. This is not urgent, but hoping to get quotes of doing this. Roof is 6m high, I have an extension ladder onsite.
