Location: Balcatta, WAJob Description: Nikki is a 1.5 year old Shar pei cross boxer. We adopted Nikki 4 months ago from wish animal rescue. Nikki has a beautiful temperament and is very social and friendly. She came from a foster family who had 14 dogs altogether. I have really been struggling walking Nikki as she is pulling on the lead and starts screeching when passing other dogs, and trying to get out of the halti coller by shaking her head and twisting and trying everything to get to the other dog. She is desperate to get to the other dog. I have swapped the harness for a halti head coller however this does not seem to help with pulling once I am passing another dog. I really need help with training and learning how to correct the behaviour. I have been practising using a clicker and treats but nothing seems to help once Nikki has spotted the other dog and I find myself avoiding parks and only walking late at night when there is no other dogs.Training needed: Behavioral training | Breed of pet: Shar pei cross boxer | When: Any time that works | Age of dog 1.5
