Job Description: Hi, we have currently removed hedges and are getting the stumps removed from our front yard. The area currently has wooden rectangle frame around it. Ive attached a photo (in red) is the area we would like concreted. There is a square drain on the left which would need to be left open. It would be around 1.5sqm give or take, maybe 2sqm? We are not in a hurry as we are still waiting for stumps to be removed but would love a quote and looking to have it done before November. Thank you.

Job Description: I am building a granny flat with a garage in my backyard, the approximate area is 175 m2 of concrete slab. there is a 2.4m access through a side driveway. I am looking for a concreter to build the waffle slab for it. there are some piers also needed estimated to be 30- 450 dia piers in total @ 1.5m height (average) (awaiting further geotechnical assessment to confirm. The CDC stamped plans are issues already and the Sydney water incasement is currently being done therefore the next steps are the piers and slab. i am looking for someone who is familiar with such type of projects and can take this on.
