Location: Guildford, NSWJob Description: Hi, we have currently removed hedges and are getting the stumps removed from our front yard. The area currently has wooden rectangle frame around it. Ive attached a photo (in red) is the area we would like concreted. There is a square drain on the left which would need to be left open. It would be around 1.5sqm give or take, maybe 2sqm? 20 May 2024Location: Guildford, NSWJob Description: I am building a granny flat with a garage in my backyard, the approximate area is 175 m2 of concrete slab. there is a 2.4m access through a side driveway. I am looking for a concreter to build the waffle slab for it. there are some piers also needed estimated to be 30- 450 dia piers in total @ 1.5m height (average) (awaiting further geotechnical assessment to confirm. The CDC stamped plans are issues already and the Sydney water incasement is currently being done therefore the next steps are the piers and slab. i am looking for someone who is familiar with such type of projects and can take this on.Service needed: Laying Concrete | Type of concrete: Plain concrete | Property type: House | Job needed for: Floor | Size of the concreting area: 100 to 150 sqm | When: Any time that works
