Job Description: Work is currently booked in early December 2023 to replace the existing wooden retaining wall with a concrete sleeper wall. The removal of the old wall will include the cutting and removal of sections of the patio (see attached photographs). The proposed work is to replace the removed sections and the installation of a set of concrete steps. In addition, the work will also include the installation of a concrete slab to house a garden shed (4.5m x 2.3m).
