Job Description: Overview: Replace selected rotten weatherboards, replace front verandah post surrounds at base 4 sides each post (135mm - 140mm height with bullnose design or similar) for all 6 posts , place flashing on window sill, replace 2 sets louvre window frames (4 blades) with new ones purchased at house and replace small section of back eave end fascia. Additional Details 1. Replace sections of few weatherboards that are rotted at side and rear of property Weatherboards square edge approximately 18mm x 170mm size. To be replaced: a. 2 long lengths each 2.6metre length (side walkway) b. 3 small lengths 1200 x 3 (side walkway) c. 3 small lengths 1600 x 3 (outside laundry) d. 7 lengths each 1.9 - 2m length (outside laundry) 2. Supply and install hardwood timber covers on 4 sides of each of 6 posts of the front verandah. Will require timber with moulded top e.g. bullnose design or similar. Size 135mm - 140mm height x 18-19mm thickness. 3. Installation of two new louvre window frames in the bathroom. Two sets of new louvre frames 580mm (4 blade) have been purchased and ready for fitting. Mechanism on current louvres non-operational. 4. A small section of fascia board at end of back eave is loose and needs securing and/or replacement. .
