Building Inspector jobs in Sydney

Job Description: I am in the process of purchasing a two-bedroom ground-floor unit in a double-brick, two-to-three-story apartment building in Pagewood 2035 (red brick, 40+ years old). A holding deposit of 0.25% has been paid, and we are in a 10-day cooling-off period. I have completed a strata report check, and everything looks fine. I am keen to get a building and pest inspection done for peace of mind. I would like this to be done before the end of the day on Saturday, June 22. I am a first home buyer, and if you don't mind, I would like to tag along, as I have a few questions and would like to better understand the property I am buying.
