Job Description: Good morning, We have recently purchased a property in Kenmore QLD address is 1 Dumbarton Drive, Kenmore QLD 4069. It seems the present Garage/ Car Port of size 5.2mx5.7m was a multipurpose room, the external wall was removed to convert it to a carport. 1) We wish to build an external wall of timber frame and plaster board or as suggested alternate of approx 5.2mx2.2m, 2) Paint the house (plan attached). 3) Build a Carport for 2 cars location to be decided 4) Fencing type to be chosen for about 15 to 20m with a lockable gate Appreciate if you could assist with quotes and arrange tradies to complete the requirements.
