I wish I could give 10 stars or even higher rating than that. I hired shift in design to decorate my apartment. The whole process was super smooth. The efforts rossane put in to decorate my apartment deserves way more than thanks. She did an amazing job . Me being super picky made her job a bit harder but she never lost patience and kept coming with ideas. I would highly recommend Shift in design for their Professionalism, and passion for customer care and customer satisfaction. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Shift in design has helped me decorate my apartment beyond my own imagination.

Ibby is the principal builder for our home renovations. He is competent, reliable and trustworthy. There have been instances where I have given him too much money, and he has returned it! He also communicates very clearly about the logic behind decisions that need to be made on-site so that I understand what costs are arising due to building codes or structural reasons. He also managed the renovations very well, ensured progress and that work was done to a high standard. I have heard him onsite with his trades critiquing and questioning the work done to ensure it meets his high standards. He kept us informed, was proactive and provided valuable suggestions on designs that maximised space usability without sacrificing aesthetics. I can see that he cares deeply about my overall renovation as much as I do - he will say “it’s not going to look nice, but it’s up to you!” I appreciate this feedback, and have taken it on, or not taken it on (and regretted it!). And it’s important to note that when I don’t take his feedback, he doesn’t pressure us to change our mind! This is the second renovation Ibby has done for our family, and I have already confidently referred him to other friends and family who have spoken about doing an extension or renovation.
