New timing belt was fitted to my kia cerato. The job was done fast and extra effort done fitting other belts. Paul was friendly and I was charged less than what he quoted. Will be a returning customer and have recommended them to other people

I have been taking our family cars to AVR for at least 10 years and find their service more than excellent. We have 2 petrol cars and a diesel motorhome ( Mercedes) and the only place that gives my wife and I complete satisfaction is AVR Automotive. They are very accommodating in times to suit our need for service any of the vehicles and the staff are always very pleasant. To top it all of they know what they are doing, recommend anything if it needs repairing or replacing which indicates that their mechanics in the workshop are excellent at what they do. I cannot speak highly enough of the business.

I chose Dan's quote because he was honest about what he was quoting for and explained his quote took into account the most expensive timing kit (there's a choice of 2 but it's impossible to know which until he's in there looking). I asked a few more questions and he promptly responded. His communication is excellent and he happily explains what he's done and why if you're interested. He fixed things I didn't even know I had a problem with in the major service and now my car feels amazing to drive. He came in a little under quote, didn't drag his heels doing the job and his pricing is in line with or a little cheaper than mechanics I would have had to drive to and get public transport back from. Why would I inconvenience myself going to a mechanic when one can come to me for the same price?! I will definitely be using Dan from now on and would happily recommend him to everyone on the Northside of Brissy
