I have been a builder for over 20 years. I have decided that I have built amazing homes within the time of owning my own construction business, and had decided that I can offer more, running and owning an earthmoving business as I have a total understanding of what has to be done in regards to building sites and preparing a site so that building can commence.

The most commonly asked question would have to be about the dumping cost of fill being taken away from a site and desposed of. Also how long will the job take from start to finish and what can be expected. We have low cost dumping sites within the Brisbane area. How long will the job take to finish depends apon what is entailed in the job as we have to except that there may be extra fill needed or extra fill to be taken away, also at times asbestos may be found and that will extend the finishing time.

What clearance is there on the site itself. Clearence in regards to width and height. If the customer has council aproval if work is done on the site. Is the area in which the work needs to be done in the fire ant zone that the council has mapped out within Brisbane and surounding areas.

Giving the correct information on booking so that the right machine is utalised. Having an understanding of the ability of the machines that you have booked. Tipping costs and possable alternate locations.
