  Ben was very helpful and accommodating at each stages. He picked up some major defects along my building journey and explained to me throughoutly, give me the confidence to move forward and negotiate with my builder. Highly recommend Zoom Building and Inspection service and genuinely I think everyone should hire a 3rd party to do inspection for your new house as a reference in case any misconduct happened at any stages and regret after.
