No. ZFPL just expects basic cold and flu / hygienic methods to take place and will provide the same back, if covid is suspected a RAT Test is sufficient.

The best way for me to get to know a client and make the right recommendations is to take them through a PT Consultation that way i can find out what i need, take you through an some assessments and go through all the questions they may have and see if we can work together! ;)

I have focused on providing value with my services/packages, I value myself but compromise with my time, I don't over charge with my level of experience and i also dont charge the bare minimum just to get clients, i attract the right clients who know what true value is from a person and a service. :)
