  Zakika communicated well for the appointment and worked very hard on the job. My only disappointment was the granite bench was not protected from the strong chemicals and a bit of the seal was removed leaving the bench to get stained.

  If you make a booking with a customer and confirm time and text msg 15 mins before arrival, then you should stick to that agreement! They were over an hr late, didn't apologise, no msg before arrival, instead argued with me stating they worked late the night before and came to my job from a far away destination!!! My apartment was already clean , over priced!!! If you want stress, if you want to be delayed from starting work late then go ahead and hire them!
