  I approached Zainzeh Designs wanting to know what best I could achieve on my property. As an investor, I was looking for the most economic proposal to build on my lot. Zainzeh Designs did a comprehensive feasibility study for me, and then walked me through the entire design and development process including dealing with Parramatta Council and getting the approval I needed. I thoroughly recommend them for design and development work. They are helpful and are able to guide their client in the right direction.

  I was not sure if my new dwelling project needed approval through Council or through a Private Certifier. I was also looking for a budget design but something catering to my family’s needs. I approached Zainzeh Designs who were recommended by a friend and found them to be very informed about the approval process and intuitive to my needs for my new home. The end result has been wonderful! We have obtained the approvals and are in the process of our home being completed this year. I recommend Zainzeh Designs to anyone requiring a well designed building project.
