  Nick is so professional and efficient! He is always available to answer any questions I have. He sorted out issues with our new apartment that the builder had not fixed and that we were not even aware of. Nick managed to find us a tenant in no time, where our previous manager couldn't. I can not recommend Nick enough!

  Nick was like a knight in shining armour for us! We'd had that many bad experiences with property managers we were ready to sell our investments, then we found Nick. He takes incredible care of our tenants, he's thorough with inspections & his customer care if fantastic!
