Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We have a $10Million Public Liability Policy (this covers our Customer if they are injured or incur property damage due our Cleaners (unlikely) negligence while working at your premises). We have Workers Compensation in the unlikely event our Cleaning staff are injured or hurt while working at your premises. Our comprehensive Customer Guarantee ensures all our Customers are completely happy & satisfied with our Cleaning services every time. This Guarantee is put in writing to all Customers. It states that we will : return to your premises - free of charge, if our customer is dissatisfied (for any reason) with our professional cleaning services., to rectify any areas we cleaned that the customer was not 100% happy/satisfied with. Alternatively, we will refund part or all monies paid to us by the customer if preferred. (this Guarantee is in addition to Customer Australian Consumer Laws - ACL).

We love the satisfaction derived when we hear back from our Customers especially after they are so pleased with how well our professional Cleaners performed and how much better the Customers premises now look, feel and smell.  There’s nothing like:”doing a job really well, like we do” and then hearing about it from our Customers- it puts a smile on our faces.

What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

Q: Does your Cleaning Company supply all Equipment and Chemicals for the job or only the “Cleaners Labour”? (Some Companies supply the “Labour” only. Others offer an all inclusive package. We offer both options depending on Customers requirements/situation).  Q: How much experience (years) do your Cleaners have?  Q: Will the Company you hire “Guarantee” their work- in writing and refund or return to premises (free of charge) if any issues occur?  Q: Is the Company fully insured, if an accident was to occur?

What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?

Q: Do I need to tidy the House/Apartment or Office prior to your Cleaner/s arriving? A: a generally tidier premises will reduce the amount of time our cleaning services will take when compared with premises that were untidy on our arrival. This is because our staff would need to move &/or tidy belongings, toys, and other household items prior to commencing our cleaning services. Obviously, this adds to the amount of time our cleaners are at your premises which increases the final cost.  Q: do you always show up on time? A: Our cleaning staff always endeavour to show up at our Customers premises on time. Although unlikely, it can rarely happen that our Cleaner/s could be delayed due to previous Cleaning jobs being extended. We always contact you by phone in such event.   Q: Do you clean everywhere or is your Cleaning work only limited to specified areas? A: we always ask our Customers at booking time , what specific areas of their property are most important to clean? Our phone staff will note which areas or aspects need prior attention. For example, the Bathroom: shower screen, toilet and Basin. Our professional Cleaning staff will work to clean those areas noted before working anywhere else in your premises.

A: Years of Business Experience: the Owners have over sixty (60) years of combined business experience. We have learnt Customer satisfaction, Ethics, and many other principles during this time.   A: Our approach and attitude towards Customers and Work is positive and continually adapting to changing circumstances- in this way we are flexible enough to meet new demands and more complex demands.  A: we stand firmly behind what we do- we don’t just say it- we “Guarantee” it and carry it out- always.  A: we treat our Customers, Staff, Suppliers with respect. You as our Customer can always speak to a real person by contacting us- we will never ridicule you for the smallest problem , question or query you may have.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

A: *areas of premises to clean?” For example: do we clean one(1) Bathroom but leave other Bathrooms for another occasion. We will ask and note the tasks our Cleaner is to focus on. This ensures as first priority, that we focus on “most important” areas of your premises and don’t increase your total spend unnecessarily.  A: we will need to know the approximate size of your premises that need cleaning? This helps us gauge how long the cleaning job will take?  Obviously a ten(10) bedroom Mansion will take us a lot longer to clean than a one(1) Bedroom Apartment. (where all Rooms are instructed by Customer to be cleaned).   A: a more comprehensive clean job will take more time than a simpler Vacuum and Dust Only Cleaning job. So, a comprehensive “End of Lease” - Bond return Guaranteed clean will cost and take more time because of the detailed nature and long list of items and areas we need to focus on.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Accepted Answer

A: our Customer can save time/money if the premises to be cleaned are “ready” for our Cleaners to work in.  Obviously, a room that has toys, belongings and many other objects scattered throughout will take more of our Cleaners time to clean because all such belongings will need to be relocated before cleaning work is undertaken.  A: having your premises cleaned more regularly ensures grime/dust and dirt levels don’t accumulate unnecessarily- taking more Labour & time to properly clean. Premises regularly cleaned cost less each session than those that require a deep clean due to build up of heavy layers of soiling/grime over extended periods of time.  A: try to tell us all job requirements before your Cleaner/s arrive on day of clean. Generally speaking, adding extra jobs, extra areas or additional job requirements for our Cleaner/s to the original job specifications- will take more time/costs. We always try to accommodate new additional requests depending on how much time is left/available on an hourly clean. If no time is left on a three(3) hour job, for instance, and our Customer needs extra work performed, overtime/costs will be incurred based on the extra time taken.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We offer two(2) differently priced packages:  1) where our professional Cleaners bring all the necessary equipment (Vacuum,Carpet Steam/Dry Cleaners, Mops, Buckets, Cloths, etc…) and all Chemicals to your Home/Office included in the Cleaning service package. and 2) where only our professional Cleaners “Labour” is included. (This package relies on using our Customers supplied: Equipment and Chemicals).  Our “Labour only” service is less expensive than the “All Inclusive” package, outlined in pt.1 above. (this is because we don’t need to include all the Equipment and all Chemicals in the “Labour Only” Cleaning package).
