  One guy got covid and the job was cancelled. They did not let me know that the job was cancelled. It was just as well I contacted them to confirm the job that they informed me that one guy got covid a week ago and the job was cancelled. Very bad service.

  They promised to bring 8tonne truck and turned up with 4tonne truck even though I told them it is 4bed home. They refused to take cross trainer in first round and filled the empty space in truck with boxes and forced me to use them for second round. I had to pay $900 with two people not efficiently working half of the house we had to empty from there truck as it had already taken them 10hrs to move. They promised to start at 9.00am and come at 10.15am. Warning for others to not use them. I am still waiting for them to send me invoice.

  Hi Dhanesh Firstly, we only charge you only one time delivery fee from your current address to the new address plus loading and unloading time. Even today we use two trip to finish jobs, you only pay one trip delivery fee. No matter what size of truck, the loading and unloading time is same. The only difference is the delivery fee. Secondly, after review your case, we believe our workers are very efficient. Because the weather on the moving date is very hot, around 40 degrees. And your new address is apartment with one small lift access. And from where the truck parking to your apartment, our workers need to walk 100 meters. They never stop and also the rest time does not calculate in your time. Thirdly, when our team arrived there, we have informed you that we could take all large items in one trip but if need to take all boxes. We need two trips. And you said that was fine. (Not far away from your current address to new address around 10 mins) Fifthly, Luckily, we do not use the too big truck. In the new address (apartment), if we used the big truck, we might still need to take two trips and also block the entry of the car park. If that happened, we need to park the truck in far far away. Finally, you booked the time is 9:00 am. And our team every half hour updated you about the exact time and why the reason we delayed. Sometime on the road, it is hard to control. And you should receive your invoice. Our accountant, every 2 weeks do all transaction. And your case is 29th of Jan 2021 so we do the transaction on 12th Feb 2022. Thanks for your patience.
