  Super fast response and professional service. Clearly communicated likely costs and was true to the estimate. Collected and dropped off my computer from my workplace for free. Called me after he got back to workshop and explained it MAY take another 30 mins than expected, which I was OK with, however this charge was never applied. Thanks I'll use you next time. Pat.

  Xpresstex were greatly disappointing in all areas of service. They originally said they would have my computer returned to me within a week, after 5 months of phone calls, requests, and promises to have it returned, I had to threaten reporting my computer as stolen to the police to get it returned. The company are aware that I am posting this honest review. The only positive in a very long list of unsatisfactory customer service issues, is that the waived the fee payable, at my request, for such horrid service. I would offer 'no stars' in the rating system for this company however this option is not given.
