We have a broad range of experience working across a number of sectors both within Australia and internationally from small renovation projects through to apartment developments. We have worked with many of Australia’s leading development organisations such as Lend Lease, GPT and Grocon, as well as a number of high-end interior design brands such as Hermes Maison in Paris and Boffi in Milan.

Before finalising our quote we require a basic design brief, site inspection, and your estimated construction budget (if known) or desired quality of finish.

1. It's never too early to consult your Architect for advice; engage us for a feasibility assessment to determine your potential to maximise return on investment before purchasing or developing your property.  2. Make sure you hire the right professional for the project; drafters and building designers are great for small simple projects like adding a garage or moving some internal walls, however, for more substantial renovations and larger scale developments it's best to consult a registered Architect to protect your investment. We are often approached by clients to get their project back on track after receiving the wrong advice early on from inexperienced professionals.  3. Interview two or three Architects and select someone that you get along with. You're going to spend a lot of time with this person, sometimes up to a year or more for larger developments, so you want to choose someone you can communicate openly with and who understands your needs.
