  The removalist workers were excellent 5 stars for their service. Xcel Movers admin requires work. The cost quoted per hour needs to be made clear. Also, the only method of payment is via EFT. Not a problem ordinarily but with a deposit required and a simply email invoice, it lacked sophistication and trustworthiness. Payment terms are 2 days but I have no indication if this is normal. Also, there was no courtesy message the day before or on the day of the move so I sent a message.
